Prep cook in The Cheesecake Factory


There are six station in Prep cook :





1. Salad Prep 
This station prepares fresh, crisp vegetables for our salads, sandwiches and many entrees

Sandwiches
a. B.B,Q, Pulled Beef Sandwich

e. The Club
f. Grilled Shrimp & Bacon Club
g. Cuban Sandwich
h. The Incredible Grilled Eggplant Sandwich

2. Oven/Production Prep 
This station prepares quality, baked items, such as roasted vegetables, croutons, Buffalo wings etc. Also prepares items like Avocado Rolls, Tex-Mex Rolls, and marinated food.


3. Sauce Prep
This station creates our fresh dressing, homemade sauces, as well as marinades that give our meats a unique flavor. This cook prepares many items at once.

4. Portion Prep
This station carefully weighs and measures food for recipes

5. PM Prep
This station completes any work not finished in the morning and keeps the night shift supplied. The pm prep cook must be fast annd knowleadgeable.
