August 3rd 2014  is the first day i come to my office where i will work at. It is MH Alshaya Co. located in shuwaikh. Alshaya is a big company. its value is to be a world leading retailer of the best international brands with winning partnership that last. The owner of Alshaya is Mohammed Abdul Aziz Alshaya and the CEO is Wassim Arabi. Alshaya is an international retail franchise company which operates more than 70 international brands, 2600 outlets in middle east, north africa, ukraine and russia. It has more than 40.000 employee. It has diverse employees with more than 90 nationalities.

Since i am working in food division, i tend to write about food division related thing. The president of food division in Alshaya is DUNCAN GARROD. and Vice president in Cheesecake Factory is JEFF KELLEN. My Human Resource Bussiness Partner (HRBP) is Paula Carlin.
